SparkBud provides portable power bank rental and related charging services through participating host locations and digital platforms. Availability may vary by location and launch status.

3. User responsibilities

You agree to use SparkBud services lawfully, provide accurate information, follow applicable rental instructions, return rented equipment as required, and avoid misuse, damage, unauthorized access, or interference with our services.

4. Host locations

Participating host locations may provide space for SparkBud rental stations, but SparkBud remains responsible for its own services unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Payments and fees

Where paid rentals are available, fees, deposits, penalties, taxes, or other charges may apply and will be presented through the relevant app, station, or payment flow. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

6. Equipment use and return

Users are responsible for reasonable care of rented power banks and related equipment. Failure to return equipment, late returns, or damage may result in applicable charges where permitted by law and disclosed through the rental process.

7. Intellectual property

All SparkBud names, logos, content, designs, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to SparkBud and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, cable, or location.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkBud will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
